Personal experiences often shape who we become. At 11 years old, Justin Presser’s future would be shaped by the tragic loss of his sister due to medical malpractice. That loss would become a catalyst for Justin’s desire to help other individuals and families who were injured or lost loved ones because of someone else’s actions.
“It focused me in a way many things cannot,” says Justin. “That experience – and understanding the pain, frustration, and stress that can be placed on a family after a tragedy – provides the basis of why I represent my clients so aggressively.”
After working for a large law firm and representing hundreds of injury victims and families who lost loved ones, Justin started his own law office in Altamonte Springs. Bringing his same dedication and aggressive representation to Presser Law, P.A., Justin wanted to provide clients with even more personal attention and assistance.
“One of the most humbling experiences you can have is sitting with your client and their family and hearing their story,” Justin says. “I have been to numerous homes and hospitals to meet with families, and each experience brings a better understanding as to what was taken from my clients.”
This mix of aggressive representation and empathy is a recipe for success. Since opening in January 2018, Presser Law has recovered millions of dollars for clients and their families, and Justin recently added a 2019 Super Lawyers – Rising Star award to his collection.
What also sets Justin apart is the access he provides clients.
“I understand that following an injury or death of a loved one, questions, concerns, and issues are not confined to the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,” says Justin. “I give my personal cell-phone number to all my clients so they can text or call me anytime.”
Justin believes educating clients about their claim is vitally important so they better understand the process and the law. With that in mind, Presser Law built its website, FindYourJustice.com, to provide valuable information on topics such as evidence documentation and Florida’s Wrongful Death Act.
An injury causes so much stress – physically, financially, and emotionally,” Justin says. “Our website is designed to take away some of that confusion so that people can focus on more of what they need – recovering.”
And at Presser Law, the focus is always on the client.
