Personal experiences often shape who we become. At 11 years old, Justin Presser’s future was shaped by the tragic loss of his sister due to medical malpractice. That loss became a catalyst for Justin’s desire to help other individuals and families who were injured or lost loved ones because of someone else’s actions.

This experience focused Attorney Presser in a way many things cannot. Understanding the pain, frustration, and stress that can be placed on a family after a tragedy provides the basis of why we represent our clients so aggressively. After working for a large law firm and representing hundreds of injury victims and families who lost loved ones, Justin founded his own practice in Altamonte Springs. We find that one of the most humbling experiences you can have is sitting with your client and their family and hearing their story. We have been to numerous homes and hospitals to meet with families, and each experience brings a better understanding of what was taken from our clients.
